Basic Preventive Maintenance & Safety Program

  • Inspect & test all smoke detectors to ensure proper operation.

  • Evaluate location of smoke detectors/location of missing smoke detectors.

  • Inspect and test all GFCI circuit breakers to ensure proper operation.

  • Spot check integrity of receptacles

  • Inspect & torque termination at ground rod

  • Inspect & torque termination of ground wire at water main

  • Inspect for intersystem bonding jumper & proper function

Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance & Safety Program

  • Inspect & test all smoke detectors to ensure proper operation.

  • Inspect & torque terminations of all ground wires in panel

  • Verify proper voltage at panels
