“Sloan Service Company values customer service as their number one priority. Matt Sloan is the owner and a true professional. Matt came out on a Saturday to fix our AC unit. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and only charged for the parts and services performed. He gave me his cell number and requested that I call him if we had any problems. The following weekend (Sunday night), our AC unit again stopped working. I texted Matt and within ten or fifteen minutes he was at our house. He again diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. Even though this new problem was unrelated to the original problem he’d fixed the prior weekend, he refused to accept payment. He spent over an hour of his time on a Sunday night because he valued us as a customer and knew we had kids and was concerned about them having trouble sleeping in hot and humid conditions.
